Return & Exchange Conditions
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging without any scratches or damage.
• The customer is responsible for shipping or delivery costs in case of return or exchange, as follows:
• 20 for orders within Riyadh.
• 44 for orders outside Riyadh.
• The refund will be processed within 14 business days after verifying the product’s condition.
• Customers are entitled to one exchange or return request per order.
• In case of order cancellation or return, payment gateway fees and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Free Return Cases
If the product has a manufacturing defect or an order processing error on our part, we will cover all return and shipping costs, and the item will be exchanged or refunded at no additional charge.
